Base Salary
$102k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain Google Pay developer documentation, integration playbooks, partner resources, and technical issue triage processes.
- Advise merchants, payment service providers, and e-commerce platforms on Google Pay architecture and implementation across web and mobile surfaces.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration and transactional issues with external engineering teams.
- Translate partner feedback and integration challenges into actionable requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Create reference implementations, code samples, testing guides, and integration tools to streamline developer onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Experience using AI for workflows.
- Preferred experience integrating AI systems, resolving complex systems issues, managing external partners or customers, and working in the payments sector.
- Preferred program management, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, communication, people-management, stakeholder-management, and technical innovation experience.
