Base Salary
$127k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and documentation for new and ongoing customer and partner integrations.
- Deliver high-touch technical expertise, partner education, troubleshooting, and support within defined service level agreements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Partner Operations Managers to define and prioritize product features and tool requests.
- Conduct implementation reviews, advocate for product features, and ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges.
- Develop technical tools and documentation with Engineering to accelerate partner implementation and improve operational scaling and product serviceability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- At least 3 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, analytical experience, database technology experience, cloud technology experience, machine learning and solution-building experience, and experience with Linux or Unix systems.
