Base Salary
$131k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects covering business requirements, data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design reliable, scalable, secure, high-performance machine learning pipelines and MLOps solutions using AWS services.
- Assess customer infrastructure, recommend AWS migration strategies, and lead implementation while optimizing performance and managing risks.
- Advise customers on AI/ML, GenAI, cloud architectures, industry trends, and cloud adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with Applied Science, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Applications teams to operationalize data and models.
- Share knowledge through mentoring, training, publications, and reusable technical artifacts.
- Support customer engagements with potential travel to customer sites.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development or scripting language experience.
- At least 3 years of experience building machine learning and generative AI models for business applications.
- Experience with cloud machine learning services such as Amazon SageMaker.
- Knowledge of AWS compute, storage, networking, security, database, machine learning, and serverless services.
- Knowledge of SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, ECS, EKS, OpenSearch, and AWS certifications is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience designing, deploying, and evaluating AI agents and orchestration approaches is preferred.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar open-source frameworks is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience with deep learning, computer vision, human-robotic interaction, or algorithm implementation using PyTorch or TensorFlow is preferred.
- Experience with ML pipelines, data preprocessing, distributed and GPU training, model deployment, monitoring, retraining, containers, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Healthcare and life sciences domain expertise is preferred.
