Base Salary
$108k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, and development best practices.
- Analyze requirements, identify risks, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with project teams and customer stakeholders.
- Produce technical documentation, support testing, troubleshoot applications, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide project status updates, support solution design, and improve development practices and technical assets.
- For Technical Consultant II, mentor less experienced team members, review technical deliverables, and own complex solution development with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- At least two years of ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience with demonstrated project success.
- At least one year of experience in software development, consulting, service management, or a related technical field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern web technologies, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong communication, prioritization, independent working, documentation, solution design, and technical analysis skills.
- Preferred experience includes ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, SACM, additional ServiceNow product lines, ITIL, enterprise-scale implementations, integrations, code review, test-plan review, technical leadership, and mentoring.
