Base Salary
$130k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Configure PMIS processes and modules for budget, cost, change orders, payments, risk, issues, cash flow, earned value, and project controls.
- Configure security roles, user access, workflows, and integrations between PMIS, scheduling, document management, ERP, and reporting systems.
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, dashboards, and data structures supporting integrated cost, schedule, and performance reporting.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and system-to-system integration using SQL and Python.
- Identify, correct, reconcile, validate, and normalize inconsistent data structures, coding, hierarchies, and reporting data across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with project controls managers, cost engineers, schedulers, and stakeholders to support reporting requirements and data quality.
- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer for PMIS configurations, workflows, and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, construction management, business administration or management information systems, data analytics, statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing, integrating, and configuring software systems, preferably Unifier, P6, Kahua, or Procore.
- Experience configuring enterprise business processes, workflows, security roles, and user access.
- Experience building enterprise-system integrations using APIs, authentication, JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Proficiency with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and integration automation.
- Experience manipulating, transforming, structuring, integrating, reconciling, and normalizing large or hierarchical datasets across multiple systems.
- Experience developing stakeholder-aligned reports and dashboards and improving data quality across inconsistent systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, PMP, CCM, MRICS/FRICS, or CCA certification; infrastructure project-controls experience; Python production integrations; Center of Excellence experience; earned-value reporting; experience with major capital programs; cybersecurity governance familiarity; and Microsoft Power BI proficiency.
