Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate customer workflows and frustrations into structured, prioritized product feedback.
- Own implementations from scoping through configuration, go-live, and post-sale value delivery.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for timelines, escalations, and ongoing support.
- Partner with engineering and product to manage emerging modules, edge cases, scope changes, and alpha or beta customers.
- Create and improve the implementation playbook and operating processes.
- Influence roadmap decisions through customer insight, sprint planning, and prioritization.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Big 4 accounting, implementation, or both.
- Strong practical understanding of close processes, reconciliation workflows, month-end operations, and finance or accounting stakeholders.
- Experience owning complete implementations, including scoping, configuration, go-live, and issue resolution.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product insights and communicate effectively with product teams.
- Ability to manage executive conversations, escalations, and long-term customer relationships.
- Understanding of product roadmap and prioritization processes.
- Preferred: practitioner background in accounting, finance, or FP&A.
- Preferred: experience at an early-stage or growth-stage company.
- Preferred: experience managing or mentoring implementation or customer success teammates.
