Base Salary
$145k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and lead technical calls to understand customer goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Serve as the technical expert for enterprise customers using the Base44 platform, including its capabilities, integration patterns, and best practices.
- Design, build, and present custom demos and proofs of concept on Base44.
- Debug and troubleshoot technical challenges during pre-sales, proofs of concept, and implementation by analyzing API and webhook logs and tracing root causes.
- Translate customer feedback and complex use cases into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
- Develop reusable solutions and best-practice guides for customers and internal teams.
- Experiment with Base44 platform features and help expand what can be built.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies, APIs, data structures, webhooks, and data modeling.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical troubleshooting ability, including reading API responses, logs, and webhook payloads.
- Experience with JavaScript, React, or other modern frontend frameworks is advantageous.
- Passion for and experience with low-code/no-code or AI-driven development tools.
Benefits
- Expected base compensation is $145,000-$180,000, with additional variable compensation and company RSUs.
