Responsibilities
- Own technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and pilots in customer environments.
- Drive revenue and growth by converting successful pilots into broader adoption and identifying additional use cases, teams, workflows, and workloads.
- Architect customer rollouts and integrations across Git workflows, CI/CD, code review, testing, deployment, and air-gapped or private environments.
- Diagnose customer issues, debug integrations, and communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Translate customer patterns and feedback into actionable product input.
- Partner with account executives throughout the customer lifecycle and support complex enterprise deal cycles.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, platform engineering, or SRE.
- Experience leading complex technical enterprise deal cycles, building champions, multi-threading technical stakeholders, and supporting buying decisions.
- Ability to read code, write scripts, debug integrations, and present to staff engineers.
- Computer science degree or equivalent technical foundation.
- Familiarity with modern developer workflows, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
