Responsibilities
- Own technical execution, architecture quality, opportunity management, pipeline influence, competitive success, and market growth.
- Lead and scale a multi-country Solutions Engineering organization while developing technical talent, leaders, succession plans, and organizational capabilities.
- Partner with sales leadership and Area, GEO, and worldwide executives on strategy, priorities, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Advocate for customer, partner, market, and resource needs in executive engagements, partner ecosystems, and industry forums.
- Translate customer and market insights, including AI use cases and adoption challenges, into product, portfolio, enablement, and go-to-market recommendations.
- Lead organizational transformation, experimentation, operating-model improvements, and execution-discipline initiatives supporting AI and cloud growth.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technical leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure, AI, cloud, data management, storage, or adjacent technology markets.
- Experience leading and scaling pre-sales or Solutions Engineering organizations and leading other leaders in a global technology organization.
- Senior leadership experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Enterprise Technology leadership.
- Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure, AI, Intelligent Data Infrastructure, Hybrid Multicloud, Cybersecurity, and Data Management technologies.
- Significant executive customer engagement, customer transformation, and strategic account leadership experience.
- Strong business acumen and experience influencing product direction, go-to-market strategy, and business priorities through customer, partner, and market insights.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and talent leadership capabilities, including developing future leaders and building diverse, high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced business or technical qualifications preferred.
