Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and update complex software solutions.
- Write code and scripts and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex software and technical issues using system logs and error messages.
- Provide advanced technical assistance to users or customers, respond to support tickets, and optimize system performance.
- Configure software systems and customize application settings to meet specific requirements.
- Create project plans, define scope, allocate resources, manage timelines, track progress, and assess project risks.
- Plan and execute change-management strategies and communicate changes to stakeholders and users.
- Document software implementation requirements and specifications and review system performance and usage reports.
- Lead process improvements, continuous-improvement initiatives, and efficiency-focused implementation changes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, lead partnerships and meetings, and communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor junior team members and participate in candidate interviews and hiring recommendations.
