Responsibilities
- Define and lead solution architecture for field mobility and user engagement platforms.
- Establish scalable, secure, high-performance architecture patterns and long-term platform strategies.
- Design mobile-first applications, engagement platforms, integration frameworks, APIs, and real-time data synchronization across cloud, enterprise, and data systems.
- Lead offline-first, location-aware, personalized, and multi-channel mobility and engagement capabilities.
- Enable data pipelines, analytics platforms, master data systems, reporting layers, and AI/ML platform integrations.
- Lead cross-functional Engineering, Product, UX, and Data teams and translate business needs into architecture blueprints.
- Advise senior stakeholders, influence digital roadmaps, and drive adoption of standards, governance, security, and compliance practices.
- Promote monitoring, observability, continuous optimization, and operational excellence for platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- 12–18+ years of experience in solution architecture, platform engineering, or related enterprise technology work.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience architecting mobility and user engagement platforms and complex distributed enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application ecosystems, API-driven architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS and strong experience with Databricks or Azure Data Services.
- Expertise in platform integration, Master Data Management, and enterprise application integration.
- Strong background in SQL, data systems, cloud-native application development, scalable architecture patterns, and distributed applications.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation programs and communicate with senior executives.
- Preferred experience includes field service, retail, logistics, workforce mobility, AI-driven engagement, personalization, regulated environments, and CX/EX platforms.
