Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Support implementations, transformations, migrations, and the setup of new programs and engagements.
- Establish processes, tools, methods, quality controls, and assets for new engagements.
- Gather project delivery and quality metrics and apply continuous improvement frameworks.
- Prepare reports for client steering committees and account governance forums.
- Build reusable knowledge bases and playbooks.
- Track project schedules, budgets, quality, and other delivery metrics.
- Support the AMS lifecycle, including mobilization, transition, stabilization, shadow support, run and evolve, and continuous improvement.
- Apply SAP EWM expertise and contribute to platform implementations and delivery governance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the posting also describes a typical range of 7–12 years in SAP EWM.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM is required.
- Experience supporting implementations, transformations, migrations, and AMS lifecycle activities is required.
- Experience with at least one major platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or another supply chain platform.
- Agile Scrum Master experience and knowledge of delivery, quality, schedule, budget, and governance metrics.
- Experience with automated testing is preferred.
- Exposure to GenAI technologies and emerging technology trends is preferred.
- Relevant platform certifications are preferred, and PMI or equivalent certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is optional.
- Knowledge of an industry or functional domain such as Supply Chain Management, Finance, HR, or Customer Experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
