Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Plan and execute software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and align technical solutions with business needs.
- Develop custom workflows and custom catalogs and support software integrations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Integration experience is required.
- Experience with custom workflows and custom catalog development is required.
- Knowledge and experience with Service Bridge integrations is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
