Responsibilities
- Conduct security reviews for AI/ML products, technologies, and services.
- Design secure architectures and implementations for AI/ML systems.
- Apply secure development lifecycle practices, including threat modeling and security testing.
- Lead penetration testing engagements and develop new testing methods and exploits.
- Develop security tools, automation, guidance, documentation, training, and outreach for development teams.
- Develop metrics that improve security behavior and outcomes.
- Own and lead end-to-end security projects, including reviews, tool development, and new security practices.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple teams and contribute to mentoring, team building, and recruiting.
- Design, develop, and operate scalable, resilient solutions in distributed computing environments.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, monitoring, troubleshooting, on-call duties, and production issue resolution.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience with scripting, programming, and security code review in common programming languages.
- At least 2 years of experience identifying security issues and risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or equivalent qualifying experience in defining and creating benchmarks for GenAI model performance.
- Experience applying threat modeling or other risk identification techniques is preferred.
- Experience with security in service-oriented architectures, microservices, and web services is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, technical, communication, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
