Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated security guardrails and paved paths for secure-by-default practices.
- Provide secure architecture and coding guidance to development teams from the ideation and design stages.
- Build automated, continuous security assessment capabilities that scale across the business unit.
- Contribute code for security fixes and paved-path solutions alongside developers.
- Develop scalable, self-service security tools that help teams identify and remediate security risks.
- Design and implement preventive and detective security controls for continuous assurance.
- Help define long-term security strategy and participate in periodic on-call rotations for security incidents.
- Use AI tools and techniques to accelerate security assessments, automate threat detection, and improve security at scale.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship experience with scripting, programming, and security code review in a common programming language.
- At least 3 years of combined experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration, or network security.
- Knowledge of industry-based security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience using AI/ML tools and techniques to solve security problems, including threat detection, vulnerability triage, code review, or security analysis.
- Preferred: 5 or more years of combined experience in the listed security and software-development areas.
- Preferred: experience performing security activities across software development lifecycle phases, including security design review, threat modeling, secure code review, and security testing.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with AI-native development practices.
