Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated security guardrails and secure-by-default paved paths.
  • Provide secure architecture and coding guidance to development teams during ideation and design.
  • Build continuous, automated security assessment capabilities at business-unit scale.
  • Contribute code for security fixes and paved-path solutions alongside software developers.
  • Develop scalable, self-service security tools for identifying and remediating security risks.
  • Design and implement preventive and detective security controls for continuous assurance.
  • Help define long-term security strategy and participate in periodic on-call rotations for security incidents.
  • Use AI tools and techniques to accelerate security assessments and automate threat detection.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of non-internship experience with scripting, programming, and security code review in a common programming language.
  • At least 3 years of combined experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication, software development, cryptography, system administration, or network security.
  • Knowledge of industry security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI/ML tools and techniques to solve security problems, such as threat detection automation, vulnerability triage, or augmented code review.
  • Preferred: at least 5 years of combined experience in the listed security domains.
  • Preferred: experience performing security activities across software development lifecycle phases, including security design review, threat modeling, secure code review, and security testing.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with AI-native development practices.
