Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers working on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Build robust cloud-based solutions that address regulatory needs and support customer-facing financial experiences.
- Collaborate with digital product managers and other engineering partners.
- Use JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, relational and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
- Stay current with technology trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in technology communities, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience; internship experience does not apply.
- At least 1 year of cloud computing experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Preferred: master’s degree.
- Preferred: 7+ years of Java experience, 3+ years of AWS experience, and 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Agile practices and experience using interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion.
