Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and delivery of enterprise applications as the primary point of contact.
- Develop Power Apps Canvas applications, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint and Dataverse solutions, custom connections, and integrations with external data sources.
- Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, knowledge sharing, and business processes.
- Implement and manage Power Apps security and permissions for compliance and data protection.
- Gather requirements directly from clients, troubleshoot issues, and address client pain points.
- Lead AI-driven solution design using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate across teams, make team-level decisions, facilitate workshops, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience developing with Power Apps Canvas, Power Automate or Flow, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power Fx.
- Experience customizing SharePoint lists, integrating SharePoint with Power Apps, and creating approval workflows.
- Experience creating custom connections to external data sources and services.
- Experience designing business processes and end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- Knowledge of Model-Driven Apps, migration, Azure Data Factory, and SQL is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
