Responsibilities

Develop, configure, maintain, and test medium- and high-complexity software applications.
Build, deploy, implement, and support technology solutions.
Design technical solutions based on project requirements.
Identify and resolve application defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and use cases.
Estimate effort for assigned projects and functionality.
Implement and administer QAT and UAT environments.
Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
Maintain the integrity of development, testing, and preproduction environments.
Lead automation, optimization, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support and mentorship to less experienced professionals.

Required: professional university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; candidates without a professional university degree will not be considered.
4–6 years of software development experience.
Experience programming, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications.
Knowledge of software architecture, application integration, and databases.
Experience with version control, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
Experience leading technical initiatives or medium- to high-complexity projects is desirable.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, results-orientation, technical leadership, and continuous-improvement skills.
