Base Salary
$218k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with Compliance leadership to identify automation opportunities.
- Rapidly prototype solutions using Coinbase's existing AI platform.
- Own the Compliance automation roadmap in partnership with leadership.
- Define the build-vs-buy strategy for Compliance tooling.
- Ensure automated compliance outputs are traceable and defensible.
- Drive adoption of tools through feedback loops and walkthroughs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in stakeholder-heavy environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications.
- Ability to translate complex workflows into engineering requirements.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory systems concepts.
- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or embedded technical advisory roles.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
