Staff Solutions Architect - AI/ML

- Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions for audience analytics, content personalization, ad optimization, and related business challenges.
- Lead end-to-end architecture and integration of AI/ML platforms with existing systems and data pipelines.
- Convert AI/ML models into production-ready solutions optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership, guide solution development and deployment, lead proof-of-concepts, and mentor architects and engineers.
- Engage business stakeholders, technical teams, senior leadership, external technology vendors, and academic partners to align AI/ML initiatives with organizational goals.
- Implement AI/ML governance covering explainability, accountability, ethical use, privacy, security, bias, overfitting, data quality, and model monitoring.
- Architect modular solutions, optimize existing systems for performance and cost-efficiency, and improve automation and time-to-market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong expertise in data pipelines, model deployment workflows, and MLOps practices.
- Experience with recommendation systems, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or R; big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop; and SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Understanding of AI model lifecycle management from training through deployment and monitoring, plus familiarity with Tableau or Power BI.
- Specialized AI/ML certifications such as Google Cloud AI Engineer or AWS Machine Learning Specialty are preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, leadership, mentoring, and adaptability skills.
