Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, code, test, debug, modify, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation, upgrades, hardware adaptation, and interface improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Provide customer support, capture requirements and clarifications, track faults, collect feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Monitor continuous integration, deployment, software monitoring, quality, customer satisfaction, and reporting metrics.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Experience with CAD applications and customization tools.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, perform coding, and troubleshoot defects.
- Experience creating and executing software validation test cases and scenarios.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with customers, analysts, engineers, project managers, and functional teams.
- Commitment to software quality, customer service, process compliance, and ongoing skills development.
