Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert while managing client relationships and technologies.
- Lead complex client-specific customization and development efforts.
- Build solutions from scratch and assist with template creation and customization.
- Develop and enhance both front-end and back-end aspects of the system.
- Translate requirements documents into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment across projects from requirements through launch.
- Collaborate with Design Managers, Project Managers, and Testers to ensure application usability, features, and performance.
- Evangelize emerging technologies and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field, or appropriate experience.
- 5+ years of extensive software development experience with strong front-end and back-end knowledge.
- Strong experience with several technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and ASP.NET.
- Ability to handle higher-complexity work and build solutions from scratch.
- Expertise in code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Previous experience with an Interactive Response Technology platform or system is highly preferred.
- Strong client management, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills.
