Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the iOS codebase and maintain feature parity across clients.
- Refine, design, and implement complex initiatives in the iOS domain.
- Handle intricate technical problems with minimal supervision.
- Lead architectural discussions and present design trade-offs.
- Investigate and resolve complex bugs in the application.
- Provide comprehensive code reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Advocate for technical standards around performance and scalability.
- Identify technical debt and plan mitigations.
- Stay updated on iOS development trends and contribute insights.
- Occasionally contribute bug fixes or manage community pull requests.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex iOS applications with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Strong understanding of iOS UI/UX design and architecture principles.
- Familiarity with unit testing, UI testing, and snapshot testing.
- Experience with generative AI coding platforms like Claude Code.
- Experience with iOS Extensions and TestFlight.
- Proven ability to work independently on ambiguous requirements.
- Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for open source and internet security.
