- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex full-stack applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of software engineers.
- Drive front-end and back-end architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack.
- Improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive software development experience with significant full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role, including mentoring junior developers.
- Expertise with React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, Node.js, and associated frameworks such as .NET Core, Spring Boot, Django, and Express.js.
- Extensive experience with relational databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases including MongoDB and Cassandra.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, including the ability to work in an agile development environment.
