Responsibilities
- Build clean, scalable, reusable software while applying software engineering architecture and process best practices.
- Own software development from requirements and design through implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design extensible software that enables customers to customize functionality.
- Contribute to new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing.
- Manage projects with material technical risk at the team level.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
- Experience with JavaScript, the web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance and scale considerations.
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Analytical and design skills.
