Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, analyze system flows and data usage, and design feasible software solutions.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and programs.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to automate software validation.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Document code, solutions, specifications, project activities, status, reports, and implementation details.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support smooth and timely delivery.
- Provide status reporting, feedback on usability and serviceability, and quality-risk updates.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Adobe Target.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and perform software development.
- Ability to develop and execute software validation and testing activities.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system performance.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and code comments.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, project teams, engineering staff, and other stakeholders.
