Base Salary
$107k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, scalable end-to-end software solutions for digital products.
- Lead engineering decisions and architecture for complex, large-scale distributed systems.
- Develop foundational artificial intelligence and large language model capabilities.
- Drive integration and enterprise-wide adoption of generative AI solutions.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, UI components, data models, and production-grade platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and improve engineering workflows through pair programming and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Five or more years of engineering experience building high-performance, large-scale distributed systems in production.
- Fluency in Java, Python, or both, with experience delivering scalable backend services and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with React JS or Streamlit for building UI components and contributing across the full stack.
- Experience with Spring, including Boot, Core, JDBC, or AI, or Flask.
- Proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB and the ability to design and optimize data models.
- Experience designing and implementing REST or WebSocket APIs at scale.
- Working knowledge of Kafka or JMS/MQ and cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Jenkins, and Gradle.
- Ability to lead complex engineering decisions and collaborate across technology domains.
