Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and define product outcomes.
- Design, build, and ship end-to-end product solutions.
- Build and improve the company’s AI platform.
- Make decisions across the product and engineering lifecycle.
- Ship code to production, monitor performance, and diagnose and fix issues.
- Use AI coding tools regularly in the development workflow.
- Work closely with users and help shape the product from the ground up.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience shipping a product to real users and explaining what broke and how it was fixed.
- Experience as an end-to-end product engineer who engages with users, defines outcomes, and delivers working products.
- Heavy daily use of AI coding tools.
- Relevant experience in early engineering work at a leading AI or high-growth startup, founding or technical leadership, production-grade systems, or strong technical training.
- Willingness to relocate from Europe to San Francisco by January 2027.
