Base Salary
$130k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality across the full development lifecycle.
- Solve complex technical challenges such as virtualized rendering and reliable content management systems.
- Improve application speed through profiling and build scalable solutions for a growing user base.
- Drive user experience quality through last-mile refinements and polished product execution.
- Contribute to product direction and engineering approaches across the stack.
- Engage directly with customers and use their insights to shape product development.
Requirements
- Have a strong technical specialty in frontend development with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, or in backend systems design, API architecture, and database optimization.
- Demonstrate product intuition and care about the reasoning behind user-facing software decisions.
- Be adaptable and willing to work across the stack to ship features.
- Be comfortable taking ownership and defining solutions rather than following a fixed specification.
- Be eager to speak directly with customers and incorporate their feedback.
