Base Salary

$180k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build polished, intuitive experiences across Voices, Playground, and adjacent product surfaces.
  • Own customer problems end-to-end from discovery and prototyping through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Improve how customers evaluate, configure, and integrate Cartesia’s voice models.
  • Define product quality measurement through analytics, evaluations, experiments, and regression tracking.

Requirements

  • Experience building and operating customer-facing software in production, ideally at a high-growth startup.
  • Strong product instincts focused on customer outcomes, usability, quality, and developer experience.
  • Full-stack ability across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and operational concerns.
  • Fluent use of coding agents and the ability to keep pace with the frontier.
  • Clear communication and effective cross-functional partnership with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: experience with developer tools, creative tools, playgrounds, API-adjacent products, AI-powered products, audio, media, real-time systems, product analytics, experimentation, or evaluation infrastructure.
  • Preferred: strong frontend skills with React and TypeScript, including polished interactive workflows.
