Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale product platform components to support growth.
- Own critical product infrastructure end-to-end, such as real-time infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify shared needs and build platform primitives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a backend or platform engineer building scalable systems.
- Focus on customer outcomes rather than just technical requirements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and deliver results effectively.
- Strong judgment on when to prioritize speed versus scalability.
- Comfort with TypeScript, Python, and Go, though expertise in all is not required.
