Responsibilities
- Develop and expand backend systems and product features, with frontend contributions as needed.
- Design and develop scalable infrastructure solutions for the product.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture and system design decisions.
- Build an AI-native engineering environment that enables safe agentic coding and deployment.
- Improve the stability, reliability, and scalability of technical solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of backend or backend-focused full-stack development experience.
- Experience working in a product company.
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Frontend development experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.
- Understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Active use of AI tools and agentic coding, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent.
- Experience building technical architecture and engineering processes at an early-stage product is preferred.
