Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and support features within MyTime’s native iOS applications.
- Refactor existing code to improve testability, write internal documentation, and test features and systems.
- Participate in the architecture and implementation of new user-facing features focused on security, scalability, and learning.
- Provide feedback during code reviews and collaborate with the CTO, product managers, QA, and other contributors.
- Analyze application performance and contribute to reliable deployments and optimization.
- Develop understanding across multiple mobile products and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Participate fully in the engineering hiring interview process.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience developing native iOS applications.
- Good knowledge of Objective-C and Swift.
- Good knowledge of iOS frameworks, especially UIKit and Core Data.
- Experience with Instruments and XCTest.
- Experience using Git.
- Experience building, designing, and implementing a substantial part of an iOS application.
- Ability to create high-quality, maintainable code and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Preferred experience refactoring large codebases, using SwiftUI, managing Bitrise, and deploying applications to the App Store or GitHub.
