Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set and enforce development standards and best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) is required.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience setting and enforcing coding standards.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance and scalability.
- Experience leading teams through complex technical challenges and decision-making.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
