Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Practice Managers to understand requirements and align technical solutions with program goals.
- Prepare technical requirements documentation, system diagrams, and flowcharts showing data and process flows.
- Analyze business requirements and validate ServiceNow solutions against functional, technical, and operational expectations.
- Perform proof-of-concept activities to assess solution feasibility.
- Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive system design documentation.
- Develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and complex software code.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent experience working as a ServiceNow developer.
- Experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, and ITAM.
- CSA, CAD, or CIS certification is preferred but not required.
