Responsibilities
- Design security controls to discover and manage shadow AI, GenAI, and AI agents across SaaS and desktop applications.
- Own and develop cloud-native microservices supporting millions of workspaces with high availability and reliability.
- Build endpoint enforcement capabilities, including OS-level components for the Akamai endpoint agent.
- Use AI frameworks and tools to build AI-powered security capabilities.
- Develop across OS-level components, cloud backend services, and a React-based management console.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Product Management, and security experts to release secure, scalable code multiple times per day.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, an equivalent technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High proficiency in at least one of Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and relational databases.
- Experience building complex data pipelines and high-throughput architectures using event-streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Experience developing cloud-native microservices using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience building security products or client-side software running on end-user devices.
