Responsibilities
- Understand internal business partners’ observability needs and use cases.
- Steer managed services related to the observability landscape.
- Own observability end to end, including infrastructure design, tooling development, deployment, operational monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Combine and develop observability capabilities across application, network, infrastructure, and log-monitoring tools.
- Identify ways to use collected system data to generate business value.
- Leverage AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, university degree, or university of applied sciences degree in IT or Business IT.
- At least 5 years of experience in security operations within medium- and large-sized enterprise environments.
- Good overview of enterprise IT landscape architectures and preferably expertise in network infrastructure.
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is highly beneficial.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or shell scripting.
- Experience using code repositories such as GitLab or Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and experience steering managed services are advantageous.
- Familiarity with monitoring, APM, NPM, IT infrastructure monitoring, and log-engine tools.
- Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, MCP servers, agents, and skills, plus daily use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, independent-learning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
