Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, debug, and maintain secure and scalable software solutions.
- Create production code and maintain algorithms that integrate appropriately with surrounding systems.
- Use and validate enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation tools.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure software code meets design constraints.
- Gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize large and diverse datasets to improve applications and systems.
- Identify data patterns and hidden problems to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 7+ years of applied full-stack development experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and validating their outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Familiarity with modern frontend and backend technologies and exposure to cloud technologies are preferred.
