Base Salary
$125k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve computer vision and 3D perception models for detecting, classifying, and assessing infrastructure from LiDAR and imagery.
- Build LLM-powered products, including agentic workflows, an MCP server, and AI copilots.
- Own models from data and training through evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring.
- Design evaluation sets and metrics that connect model performance to customer needs.
- Evaluate and introduce relevant new AI tools into products and internal workflows.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping ML or AI systems in production.
- Strong Python skills and experience with a modern deep learning framework, preferably PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with computer vision, 3D perception, or LLM applications such as RAG, tool use, agents, or evaluations.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, and cloud deployment.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into working prototypes and production-grade systems.
- Preferred experience includes point clouds, multimodal LiDAR and imagery fusion, Model Context Protocol, foundation model APIs, agent frameworks, geospatial or remote sensing, and MLOps.
- An advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
