Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy and reference architectures for agentic AI, security automation, orchestration, and autonomous security workflows.
- Serve as a global subject-matter expert advising internal teams, strategic customers, partners, and executives on AI-driven security operations.
- Identify and prototype AI-agent and automation workflows for investigation, triage, enrichment, detection analysis, response, remediation, and reporting.
- Create demonstrations, proof-of-concept environments, implementation guides, technical workshops, whitepapers, and executive briefings.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to convert customer challenges into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and scalable capabilities.
- Work with strategic customers to validate use cases, measure outcomes, and identify repeatable patterns.
- Develop frameworks for human augmentation, autonomous automation, human approval, governance, validation, permissions, and operational guardrails.
- Track developments in agentic AI, LLMs, AI security, autonomous systems, and security operations and translate them into practical customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, strategic customers, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional professional presence and confidence advising security practitioners and C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of Security Operations Center workflows, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, CNAPP, automation, and orchestration.
- Demonstrated experience automating complex technical or operational workflows.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-powered security technologies.
- Understanding of safe AI adoption in security operations, including human-in-the-loop controls, governance, validation, permissions, and operational guardrails.
- Experience working directly with strategic enterprise customers and major cloud infrastructure providers.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud-native architectures and modern security operations.
- Ability to prototype or build technical solutions using APIs, automation frameworks, scripting, orchestration platforms, or cloud services.
- Excellent presentation and technical writing skills, including experience delivering demos, technical workshops, architectural guidance, whitepapers, and executive briefings.
- Experience with XSIAM, Cortex XSOAR, Cortex XDR, Cortex Cloud, CNAPP, SIEM, SOAR, or comparable technologies.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, APIs, and cloud-native services is a plus.
- Experience developing or integrating AI agents, LLM-based applications, MCP/tool integrations, or agentic workflows is a plus.
