Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components across enterprise systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team’s technical work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to system integration and maintenance.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is required.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software components in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system integration and maintenance issues.
- Familiarity with database management and data handling relevant to SAP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on business-oriented solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
