Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Configure and customize SAP Plant Maintenance modules to align with business processes.
- Analyze system integration and data flow within SAP environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to plant maintenance operations.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead process improvements and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP Plant Maintenance modules.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and data flow within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex plant maintenance operations issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
