Responsibilities
- Design and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions across configuration, development, data models, integrations, and architecture.
- Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Deliver Quote-to-Cash solutions involving Salesforce Billing, CPQ, Subscriptions, and Revenue Cloud.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery for Salesforce Billing, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Management, and contract lifecycle management.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, specifications, system design documents, and user stories.
- Define integration architecture with enterprise applications and data warehouses, including Power BI where applicable.
- Manage integrations, billing, data migration, and data governance initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews, application testing, custom test-suite development, production migration monitoring, and release coordination.
- Create technical documentation, lead technical reviews, make architectural decisions, and mentor developers and administrators.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of Salesforce development experience, including Billing and CPQ with hands-on configuration and development.
- At least 10 years of experience designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, batch Apex, Lightning Component frameworks, and Salesforce APIs.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
- Experience mentoring and guiding developers and administrators.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is preferred.
