Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and implementation of enterprise Sitecore solutions.
- Design and implement headless architectures using Sitecore XM Cloud, GraphQL, React, and Next.js.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI technologies for development productivity, content management, personalization, search, automation, and customer experiences.
- Design and integrate AI-powered solutions into enterprise applications.
- Develop scalable APIs, troubleshoot complex production issues, and optimize website performance.
- Promote engineering practices through architecture reviews, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, marketing, and business stakeholders while mentoring developers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including significant enterprise CMS experience.
- Strong expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, Sitecore 10+, Sitecore Experience Accelerator, Sitecore XM Cloud, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, and headless or composable architectures.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools and hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI agent development is highly desirable.
- Experience designing scalable architectures, developing APIs, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing website performance, and mentoring developers.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Sitecore Developer Certification is highly desirable.
