Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality production software solutions.
- Build and maintain algorithms and applications that integrate reliably with other systems.
- Use authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating their outputs.
- Create architecture and design artifacts and ensure software implementation meets design constraints.
- Analyze and visualize large, diverse datasets to improve applications, systems, coding hygiene, and architecture.
- Contribute to secure, resilient, and scalable technology solutions across business functions.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to validate and refine generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and React or Angular.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and exposure to cloud technologies are preferred.
