Base Salary
$161k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build cloud-based AI/ML solutions for intelligent enterprise services.
- Deploy, scale, and operate services in production Kubernetes environments using Helm-based deployments.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines that support repeatable releases and safe rollbacks.
- Own observability through metrics, logs, tracing, and customer-impact-focused alerts.
- Debug and resolve production incidents, participate in on-call rotations, perform root-cause analysis, and operate against defined service level objectives.
- Design, implement, test, and deliver efficient, high-quality software in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Expertise in Go or Python, design patterns, and time- and space-efficient algorithms.
- Experience building new products that use challenging algorithms.
- Expertise in efficient, object-oriented, modularized, and high-quality software development.
- Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
- Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.
- Experience deploying, scaling, and operating production services with Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response, on-call, root-cause analysis, and service level objectives.
- Preferred experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor, reviewing generated code critically, performing AI-assisted debugging and trace analysis, and applying data privacy rules to prompts.
