Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain cloud and on-premises servers across production and test environments.
- Deploy, configure, optimize, and support applications and web services.
- Create, modify, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Set up and configure Kubernetes clusters and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure and application environments.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to support efficient workflows.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code for all environments.
- Participate in designing reliable, fault-tolerant, and efficient system architectures.
Requirements
- Firm understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Ansible and network protocols and configurations.
- Experience supporting applications and mobile applications built using Docker, Gradle, Maven, and Make.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and GitLab; familiarity with JFrog Artifactory is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, API Gateway, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch, and S3, or with Azure.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL database architectures and experience supporting databases.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, PromQL, the ELK stack, Graylog, Filebeat, and Fluent Bit.
- Experience with Cloudflare, including DNS, Zero Trust, cloudflared, and rules, is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Bash scripting; PowerShell is a plus.
- Introductory knowledge of Windows Server management.
- Hands-on experience with LLM tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, including skills and agents.
- Experience with proxy servers and load balancers.
- Fluent English is required; spoken Russian is a plus.
