Responsibilities
- Understand client, product, and software requirements and translate them into feasible designs.
- Develop, modify, maintain, and optimize software programs and modules.
- Create and execute automated software validation processes and test cases.
- Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend system improvements.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and implementation activities.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, and project status updates.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, delivery schedules, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, and business processes.
- Ability to develop software, automate validation, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
- Ability to create clear code, documentation, reports, and replication patterns.
- Strong client communication, customer service, collaboration, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, learn new programming languages, and complete relevant certifications.
