Responsibilities
- Lead integration projects from initiation through completion while managing timelines, milestones, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assess client systems and requirements and design effective integration solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on using MaintainX Open REST APIs and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Create and present actionable integration plans for MaintainX and its customers.
- Serve as the primary client contact, maintain client relationships, and train client personnel on integrated systems.
- Collaborate with Integration, Engineering, Product, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Integration Development, and third-party integration teams to translate and prioritize customer requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, product management, software development, or a related area.
- Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from different formats and source applications.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, APIs, and data transformation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong written, verbal, client-facing communication, critical-thinking, and process-management skills.
- Experience with integration tools such as Workato, Boomi, Tray.io, and/or Zapier.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is nice to have.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or other ERP and third-party integrations is nice to have.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of IoT sensors, historians, SCADA, PLCs, and Industry 4.0 technologies are nice to have.
