Base Salary

$190k - $215k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Design leaders to build performant, polished user experiences.
  • Translate the perspectives of back-office administrators, referring healthcare providers, and future patient users into product surfaces.
  • Drive architecture decisions for Tennr’s complex React application.
  • Own visual quality by implementing pixel-perfect designs and resolving ambiguous design challenges.
  • Proactively drive projects from conception through completion and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, frontend development, or full-stack development, focused on JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and accessibility principles.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications.
  • Strong design and user-experience sensibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and clean, efficient coding practices.
  • Experience using AI tools for prototyping or efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative approach and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
  • Startup or fast-paced technology experience is preferred.
