Base Salary
$190k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design leaders to build performant, polished user experiences.
- Translate the perspectives of back-office administrators, referring healthcare providers, and future patient users into product surfaces.
- Drive architecture decisions for Tennr’s complex React application.
- Own visual quality by implementing pixel-perfect designs and resolving ambiguous design challenges.
- Proactively drive projects from conception through completion and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, frontend development, or full-stack development, focused on JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and accessibility principles.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Strong design and user-experience sensibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clean, efficient coding practices.
- Experience using AI tools for prototyping or efficiency.
- Outstanding communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative approach and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
- Startup or fast-paced technology experience is preferred.
