Base Salary
$190k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive a world-class user experience for Tennr’s flagship application, improving efficiency, reliability, and customer delight.
- Set standards for application usability and accessibility in collaboration with UX Designers and UX Engineers.
- Drive client architecture decisions for the company’s complex React application.
- Collaborate with design on user research processes and programs covering back-office administrators, referring healthcare providers, and patients.
- Own visual quality by executing pixel-perfect designs and resolving ambiguous design problems with strong design intuition.
- Proactively drive projects from conception to completion and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, frontend web development, or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of frontend performance optimization and accessibility principles.
- Passion for design and user experience, along with efficient and clean coding practices.
- Experience using AI tools for prototyping and development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
- Startup or fast-paced technology experience is preferred.
