Responsibilities
- Define and drive the frontend technical strategy for the Healthcare Access stream.
- Lead technical discoveries and architect complex systems.
- Write code and solve engineering problems alongside teammates.
- Champion web performance and track Core Web Vitals.
- Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Drive SEO and GEO excellence for patient-facing surfaces.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Staff or Principal Engineer with frontend specialization.
- Deep expertise in React and frontend architecture at scale.
- Strong understanding of web performance and search engine visibility.
- Experience with AI-augmented development tools.
- Excellent communication skills and user-centric mindset.
